Our story
We started where projects actually go wrong.
Not in design reviews, and not in the specification — in the ceiling void, where a duct, a beam, a sprinkler main, and a cable tray all need the same 400 millimetres. That is the problem Bimmovate was built to solve, and it is still the discipline that shapes everything we produce.
Our roots are in the hardest part of construction information: making mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems fit — physically, on programme, and on budget — inside demanding building types, including major healthcare programmes. That coordination-first DNA runs from a single Revit family to a fully federated hospital model.
The name says the rest: BIM + innovate. We accelerate construction outcomes through advanced modelling, disciplined information management, and the practical use of automation where it genuinely improves quality and consistency.
