Automation & Model Assurance

Scripted checks that run on every model drop, so quality control does not depend on memory or spare time. Findings are prioritised by software and reviewed by an engineer before they reach you.

Where the line sits

Automation narrows where a person looks. It does not approve a model, sign a drawing, or change design intent. Every finding is assessed by a qualified BIM engineer, and anything affecting design is raised with your team rather than resolved unilaterally.

Frequently asked questions

What contractors usually ask first.

How do we start, and what do you need from us?

Send whatever exists — drawings, a model, a specification, or just a scope description. We come back within one business day with an approach, a programme, and a fee. Before modelling starts we agree the BEP, LOD matrix, naming conventions, templates, and where files live.

Do you work inside our CDE and standards, or your own?

Yours. We author inside your common data environment, to your naming and classification conventions, using your templates and title blocks. The deliverable should look like it came from your own team, because handover is far cheaper when nothing needs translating.

How do you engage — project, retainer, or overflow support?

All three. Project-based for a defined scope with fixed milestones; a dedicated team embedded across your projects month to month; or on-demand capacity when a deadline spikes and you need families, drawing sets, or a clash cycle turned around without adding headcount.

What LOD do we actually need?

It depends on what the model has to answer. LOD 300 supports coordination and permit documentation; LOD 350 adds the interfaces and supports trades need to install; LOD 400 carries fabrication detail; LOD 500 is the field-verified record. Most contractor coordination work sits at 350, and we will tell you if you are being asked to pay for detail the project will not use.

How is our project information kept confidential?

We work under your NDA and your access controls, inside your CDE wherever possible, with named team members and access removed at project close. If you have specific data-handling requirements, raise them at the scoping stage and we will confirm in writing what we can meet.

Do you work across time zones?

Yes. We schedule coordination sessions and model drops around your working hours and milestone dates wherever your team is based, and agree the meeting cadence and review windows as part of the delivery plan.
