The Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital
Trillium Health Partners · Mississauga, Ontario
A complete replacement of The Mississauga Hospital and one of the largest healthcare construction programmes in Canadian history: a 22-storey, 2.8-million-square-foot acute care campus with 100% private patient rooms, 26 operating rooms, and one of the largest emergency departments in Ontario. Delivered with EllisDon; construction began in September 2025 toward completion in 2033.

The Gilgan Family Queensway Health Centre
Trillium Health Partners · Etobicoke, Ontario
A nine-storey, 600,000-square-foot expansion adding capacity for more than 350 beds of complex continuing care and rehabilitation, with 100% private rooms, a new parking structure, and the site's first MRI. Construction began in early 2024, targeting completion and occupancy in 2029.
Scarborough Academy of Medicine and Integrated Health
University of Toronto Scarborough · Toronto, Ontario
Home of the Myron and Berna Garron Health Sciences Complex, SAMIH trains physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physical therapists side by side — around 466 health professionals a year at full enrolment — with teaching clinics and a Discovery Pharmacy embedded in the building. First programmes launched in Fall 2026, with undergraduate medical education following in 2027.
